EuroHPC PL
Duration: 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2023 Aim: The aim is to build a specialized general-purpose infrastructure for large-scale computing, enabling the undertaking of research challenges in key areas from the point of view of Polish society, the scientific community and the economy. The project is the Polish stage of development of the EuroHPC program. Cyfronet is the project coordinator and the leader of the Consortium. In addition:
- As part of the "Laboratory of modeling and parallel data processing in a pre-exascale environment", Cyfronet coordinates the following tasks: I.1. "Supercomputing platform", I.2. "Platform of specialized accelerators" and I.4. "E-Infrastructure Integration Platform",
- As part of the "Laboratory of hybrid computing applications", Cyfronet coordinates task II.1. "E-Quantum machine learning platform",
- As part of the "Laboratory for the use of supercomputers in medicine", Cyfronet coordinates the following tasks: III.1. "Modeling platform for personalized medicine" and III.2. "Simulation platform for radiotherapy",
- As part of the "Laboratory of energy efficiency and computing HPC software", Cyfronet coordinates the following tasks: IV.2. "Massively Parallel Software Platform", IV.3. "HPC software acceleration platform", IV.4. "Platform for planning multi-stage calculations with the use of quantum accelerators" and IV.6. "Pilot platform for efficient domain applications".

Duration: 28.09.2021 – 31.12.2024 Aim: The aim of the project is to increase the use of R&D infrastructure and internationalization of the activities of scientific units by supporting the costs of maintaining R&D infrastructure built or rebuilt thanks to the implementation of projects under the 2nd priority of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme, by means of which R&D works can be carried out and research services can be provided for external entities.

Duration: 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2023 Aim: The aim of the project is to develop and provide production services for storing, accessing, securing data and managing metadata, as well as integrating solutions for processing large and complex data volumes on the basis of a distributed e-infrastructure. The project involves the integration of analytical platforms and tools in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the data infrastructure and tight integration of the data infrastructure with HPC and HTC systems in HPC centers in order to efficiently process large and complex volumes and data sets.

EPOS TCS AH PL
Duration: 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2023 Aim: The TCS AH (Thematic Core Services Anthropogenic Hazard) project, a thematic node for anthropogenic threats concerns the activity of the partners of the EPOS TCS AH consortium under EPOS ERIC (European Plate Observing System), of which Poland is a member. EPOS is a research infrastructures integration program that serves the purpose of multidisciplinary research on processes taking place in the Earth's crust. TCS AH represents one of the ten domains in EPOS. The mission of the TCS AH consortium, consisting of 12 institutions from 8 countries, is to integrate resources, data and applications for the study of seismic hazards and other geophysical threats caused by the exploitation of earth resources.

PIONIER-LAB Duration: 11.12.2020 – 31.12.2023 Aim: The project involves the construction of unique research laboratories based on the national PIONIER fiber optic network. The main goal of the project is to build and make available platforms for scientific units, entrepreneurs and other entities interested in conducting scientific research and development works based on a new, nationwide research infrastructure. The following laboratories are built under the project:
- Laboratory of Innovative Network Technologies,
- The Distributed Time and Frequency Laboratory,
- Smart Kampus as Smart City Lab,
- Regional "Living" Innovation Laboratories inspired by ICT,
- Cloud Services Laboratory,
- Laboratory of Multiscale Simulations, Laboratory and e-training services,
- Pre-incubation Laboratory.

PRACE-LAB 2
Duration: 01.07.2020 – 31.12.2023 Aim: The direct goal of the PRACE-LAB2 project is to create a specialized e-infrastructure for data processing, enabling the optimal use of specialized and new generation services to stimulate new areas of application in science, economy, education and social life. It will be a distributed structure created by a consortium consisting of 5 scientific institutions, whose leader is the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences - Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center. The implementation of the PRACE-LAB2 project will include the creation of the following laboratories for the construction of specialized services and applications: 1) HPC e-infrastructure laboratory, 2) Laboratory of service platforms, 3) Laboratory of next-generation computing services, 4) Laboratory of large-scale data analysis.

EPOS PL +
Duration: 1.03.2020 - 31.12.2023 Aim: As part of the project, the functionalities of the EPOS-PL research infrastructure will be increased. A new Research Infrastructure Center (Center for Research Infrastructure of Satellite Data - CIBDS) will be established, a new test site (Geophysical Safety System for mining protection pillars) will be created, and the WNiP will be established: "IT Platform for Research with Artificial Intelligence Methods (EPOS-AI)". The potential of the Center for Research Infrastructure of Analytical Laboratories will be significantly increased through the participation of the Institute of Geological Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and other Research Infrastructure Centers will be additionally supported.

Duration: 1.01.2019 - 31.12.2023 Aim: The goal of the project is to create computing infrastructure services and data storage services for the purposes of the PRACE project, within six dedicated laboratories: 1) HPC and cloud processing laboratory, 2) Laboratory of access to processing infrastructure, 3) Service management and monitoring laboratory, 4) Laboratory of data management services, 5) Laboratory of distributed data management and transparent access to data, 6) Infrastructure security laboratory.
