On November 7, 2024, Cyfronet representatives participated in an event organized at the Jagiellonian Library dedicated to connecting researchers and suppliers of tools for science.
During the conference accompanying the Fair, Jacek Chudzik gave a presentation entitled "Repository and research data storage services. Computational infrastructure for science".
At the stand, the speaker, together with Andrzej Zemła, PhD, promoted the Open Research Data Repository of Krakow Universities - RODBUK, co-created in Cyfronet.
The repository was created at the initiative of the Board of Directors of the Krakow Library Team and allows for safe, long-term storage of research data in the Center's data storage systems. Active users of RODBUK are:
- AGH University of Krakow,
- Academy of Physical Education,
- Krakow University of Technology,
- University of Economics,
- Jagiellonian University,
- University of the National Education Commission in Krakow.
