Contest results
On 25.11.2024, during the Cyfronet Open Day, the contest for the best PhD thesis conducted with the help Cyfronet computing resources was decided.
The list of winners in the Contest (2024 edition) is as follows:
- 1st prize – Damian Kułaga, PhD Eng. for the thesis: "Study on discovery of novel 5-HT1A / 5-HT7 receptor ligands acting on the central nervous system, in the group of long-chain arylpiperazines and aminotriazines",
- 2nd prize – Andrzej J. Kałka, PhD for the thesis: "Development and implementation of computer-aided techniques of data modeling for processing and interpretation of multicomponent electronic spectra acquired for the selected organic mixtures",
- Distinction – Piotr Wróbel, PhD for the thesis: "Studies of interactions in solutions based on Molecular Dynamics methods and simulated vibrational spectra",
