Introduction
ACC Cyfronet AGH has been organizing the HPC Users' Conference since 2008. Its basic assumption was to initiate annual scientific meetings gathering users who perform calculations using high-performance computers and software provided by Cyfronet.
The topics of the KU KDM focus on large-scale calculations and simulations, new algorithms in computer science, tools and techniques in high-performance computing systems, as well as artificial intelligence methods and analysis of large data sets.
The conference offers lectures of invited guests and sponsors, plenary and poster sessions, meetings with suppliers of computer equipment and software, as well as discussions on the effective use of Cyfronet's computer resources.
The formula of the conference offers participants extended opportunities to improve the use of supercomputers in scientific research during group training and individual consultations with the PLGrid support team.
