"My project relied on modern radio interferometers that generate massive datasets, often reaching hundreds of gigabytes to terabytes in size. Turning these raw measurements into reliable scientific images requires repeated cycles of calibration and imaging, with high memory, parallel processing, and long uninterrupted jobs. (...) Access to Cyfronet’s HPC facilities let me run these calibration and imaging pipelines at a scale that would have been impractical on a local machine.”
