# European AI Hackaton

The European AI Hackathon is an intensive, hands-on hybrid event taking place from October 6 to October 29, 2026. It’s a great opportunity to develop your AI project, gain new skills, and collaborate side by side with experts from across Europe. Participants work on their solutions with the support of mentors, optimizing models, accelerating computations, and preparing projects for further scaling. They also gain access to advanced computing infrastructure.

Why should you join?

- Develop a real AI project – not just theory
- Collaborate with experienced mentors
- Learn how to optimize and scale models
- Use advanced HPC resources
- Accelerate the deployment of your solution

During the hackathon, you can work on various solutions, for example:

- intelligent contract analysis (AI in legaltech)
- real-time energy management systems
- legacy code modernization using LLMs
- automated quality control in manufacturing
- predictive infrastructure maintenance These are just examples – any AI project is welcome if you want to develop and scale it.

The event is intended for:

- startups and SMEs
- research teams
- AI professionals

Participation requirements:

- a ready idea or project for further development
- a team based in the EU or EuroHPC countries
- registration using a company or institutional email address

The event is co-organized by, among others: ASC, LRZ, HLRS, ACK Cyfronet AGH, OpenACC, and NVIDIA.
